14 Quotes & Journal Prompts To Kickoff Plan Week 2020
Blogmas was fun, and I really love that series every year, but my favorite series of the year is Plan Week. Plan Week is HERE!!!!!!! I can’t wait to discuss all things planners, productivity, and goal setting with you all this week. There are so many fun things coming this week, including Plan With Me lives on Instagram!
To kick off Plan Week 2020 I’m sharing why I created this series, my favorite quotes about planning, and some journal prompts. These will get you reflecting on 2020 and thinking about 2021. Make sure you are following me on Instagram and TiTok and subscribed to the blog, check the sidebar to subscribe, so you don’t miss any of the action.
Why Plan Week
Planning is my jam. I love goal setting, productivity, and I have an obsession with planners. I have 3 planners for 2021 if that gives you a hint about my obsession. I know that goal setting and productivity can be hard for many. That is why I created this series. I wanted to share my passion with others in the hopes of helping them create their own goals and productivity methods.
The end of the year is the perfect time to do this series because everyone’s minds are on goal setting, resolutions, and prepping for the new year. My intention is for this series to be a resource that people can come to to get help organizing and setting up their year for success.
I’ll be the first to admit that my goal setting and plans for the year are not perfect. Sometimes life gets in the way, or I lose focus, but I would be completely lost without my plans and systems I have in place. I say that to say the tips I give this week are not one size fits all; they may work for some and not for others.
The point is to try it out to see if it’s right for you. If anything I hope to introduce you to the world of goal-setting, planning, and productivity so that you can further research it on your own and apply it to your life. If you are ready for all that, keep reading and coming back each day. Plan Week 2020 has officially began.

These are questions meant to get you thinking about how 2020 went, and how you can take what you learned and apply it to your 2021 plans.

- What are some things you could have done better with in 2020?
- Knowing what you know now, and realizing that when January 1st comes COVID-19 and everything else isn’t going to disappear, how does that shape your plan for 2021?
- What are some goals you’d like to accomplish in 2021?
- What are you looking forward to in 2021?
- What is one habit to break that you can focus on next year?
- What is a habit you can focus on gaining next year?
- Finally, write down a word or affirmation you can use to frame what you want 2021 to look like.
