The Morning Routine Breakdown: Conclusion

What a month it has been! We have been discussing morning routines for a couple of weeks now. I’ve shared why I created a morning routine, how I found the inspiration and what I include in my routine. We’ve also heard from others about their morning routines. As we close out this morning routine series I wanted to leave you with one final piece of advice, and a FREE gift, a morning routine e-book.

The Best Way To Become Consistent With Your Morning Routine

The best way you can ensure consistency with your morning routine is to be flexible. While it’s great to have a two-hour long morning routine, sometimes it’s not realistic for your day. Don’t sweat it if you have a busy day ahead of you. Instead of skipping your routine completely, adjust it to fit your needs. If you don’t have time to read a book for twenty minutes, listen to an audio book while you are getting ready. Don’t have time to do a full workout? Do some light stretching or go for a quick 5-minute run. There are many ways to adjust your routine.

My gift to you: a morning routine e-book

This morning routine e-book will always be special to me because it’s the first e-book I’ve ever created. I wanted this to be something you could get involved with, so it’s more like a workbook. I’ve included several pages in there you can print off and work on, like a meal plan sheet and a 7-day journaling challenge. I’m going to be starting the journal challenge myself on Monday, August 12, but you can start at any time. I’d love to know what you think about the morning routine e-book. I hope to create more in the future so any feedback you could give would be greatly appreciated. You can let me know your thoughts by connecting with me on Instagram, Facebook or Twitter

What was something you learned and will implement in your own morning routine? I hope you enjoyed the Morning Routine Breakdown series. I’m already brainstorming our next Budding Joy series. For now, take a look back on all we have gone through in the series and catch up on any posts you may have missed. Also, don’t forget to download your free morning routine ebook.
