The Reason I Created The Wellness Binder
I somewhat created my own wellness binder a few years ago when I first started my weight loss journey. I tried finding a journal online but each one I downloaded was either too much, or not enough of what I wanted. So I combined a few of them from the pages I needed and then created the pages I still needed. I made a lot of progress those two years I had that binder.
For some reason I decided to do something different, and not use my Wellness Binder. I put the connection together, earlier this year, that not having my Wellness Binder may be why I have been struggling. With my binder, everything was in one place. Without it everything, from my measurements to my favorite recipes, in one place, I felt unorganized. I didn’t realize that had affected me as much as it had.
I wanted to create something that was 100% my own this time. I’ve been working on it all year. In the middle of my creation process I had the feeling that I needed to share this. Organizing is my thing, but I know it’s hard for others. I wanted this to be a resource for those that don’t know where to start when it came to tracking progress, habits, etc.. So I went to work with this new perspective. I love the end result, and I hope you do too.
How The Wellness Binder Can Help You
I want to be upfront with you from the start. This product does not guarantee that you will see progress, only you can determine that. Instead, think of this Wellness Binder as a tool to guide you. You can make all the plans and set all the goals, but you have to put in the work to achieve those. That is why, when I first tried a wellness binder, sometimes I saw progress, and sometimes I didn’t. It all depended on what I was doing when I set the pen down.
That being said, I believe there is power in getting organized. That is what this binder will help you achieve, organization, so you can be more prepared in your wellness journey.

I use the Wellness Binder for my weight loss journey, but you can use it just to keep track of your fitness/healthy lifestyle if you aren’t trying to lose weight, you just may not need all of the pages.
What Is Included In The Wellness Binder
There are several different sections in the Wellness Binder. I thought I’d give you a quick recap so that you can determine if it is right for you. Here is what you’ll find, along with a few extra fun printables.
- Stats: This is where you’ll keep track of your weight and measurements.This isn’t the section for you if numbers trigger you. Just skip over this section when printing it out. You have to do what’s best for your mental health. This would also be a section to skip if you aren’t focused on weight loss.
- Goals: My favorite section! Here you’ll brainstorm some rewards for goals you reach and write out your goals.
- Habits: In this section I help you determine what habits to track and provide a habit tracker you can use to do that (PS. If you subscribe to my blog you’ll get a bonus habit tracker design and more fun bonuses in the Wellness Binder Extras ebook).
- My Plan: Here is where everything will come together. It includes a monthly outlook, weekly & daily meal plan you can fill out, and more.
- Recipes: This section is for you if you want to be able to access all your favorite recipes in one place. Now all you have to do is simply write them all down.

You can buy my Wellness Binder here. I wanted to make sure the price was as affordable as possible. It’s a download so you’ll get it as soon as you buy it. Then all you need to do is print it yourself, or through a printing service and buy a binder.
For some you may need to make copies of, so just be aware of that as you look through it. I like to sit down with my binder and my planner at the end of every week to reflect and make a plan for the next week. As well as the end/beginning of a month.
